Mon first trip outside country was in Japan. As a child, I would read manga and draw my favourite characters all the time. As an adolescent, I always dreamed of walking around the alleyways of Japan with a camera in hand. During this trip, without truly knowing, I took some of the first photos that would eventually become one of the main references used in my practice and following the trip, I started making my original pieces. Inspired by the tranquility of the Kyoto alley ways during a 5 am walk, this illustration establishes some of the reccuring motifs that can be found in my work.

Mon premier voyage à l'extérieur du pays fût au Japon. Enfant, je dessinais les personnages de mes mangas préférés et en consommait sans arrêt. Adolescent, j'ai toujours voulu me promener avec une caméra dans les ruelles japonaise. Pendant ce voyage sans le savoir, j'ai pris les premiers photos qui deviendront une de mes sources de références principale dans ma pratique et suite à ce voyage, je commence à faire des oeuvres original. Inspiré par la tranquilité des ruelles de Kyoto à 5h du matin, cette illustration établis certains des premiers motifs réccurents dans mon travail.
